Below are the relevant legal guidelines for how our partners should display the trademarks, logos or other distinctive features owned by Owlchemy Labs Inc. (the “Owlchemy Marks”). The Owlchemy Marks include Owlchemy Labs, Job Simulator, Vacation Simulator, Cosmonious High and their respective logos.
When using the Owlchemy Marks, please review the following brand guidelines:

These are examples and the attribution statement should be tailored to which specific Owlchemy Marks are included in your marketing creative.
Social media posts do not need an attribution statement.
For banners and clickable creatives, the attribution statement can be included on the destination landing page.
Word Marks Only
For Owlchemy Labs’ word marks only (including Owlchemy Labs, Job Simulator and Vacation Simulator), the following rules apply:
Include the trademark symbol ™ for the first or most prominent time the word mark appears in the creative. The trademark symbol does not need to be repeated for additional instances of that trademark. Social media posts do not need a trademark symbol. Make sure to always use the ™ symbol, not the ® symbol.
Use the word mark as an adjective, never as a noun or verb, and never in the plural or possessive form.
Distinguish the word mark from the surrounding text in some way. Capitalize the first letter, capitalize or italicize the entire mark, place the mark in quotes, use a different type style or font for the mark.
All Owlchemy Marks (Including Logos)
For all Owlchemy Marks (including logos), the following rules apply:
Don’t display the Owlchemy Marks in any way that implies an affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by Owlchemy Labs.
Don’t alter, distort, or modify the Owlchemy Marks in any way. This includes varying the spelling of the word marks, or displaying the logos with color variations or unapproved visual elements.
Don’t incorporate the Owlchemy Marks into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names.
Don’t register or attempt to register the Owlchemy Marks or any trademarks, logos or domain names that are confusingly similar to them.
Don’t display the Owlchemy Marks in a manner that is misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable to Owlchemy Labs.
Owlchemy Labs Logos
When using Owlchemy Labs’ logos, please review the following logo usage guidelines:
Horizontal Logo Lockup (Default / Normal Use)
The Horizontal Logo Lockup shown below is preferred and should be used in the vast majority of marketing materials:
Vertical Logo Lockup (Special Cases)
Partners should only use the Vertical Logo Lockup shown below in special cases and where absolutely necessary:

The Infinite Overtime Logo shown below is only to be used when representing the Job Simulator content update "Infinite Overtime", and only used on dark or otherwise contrasting backgrounds so it is legible:
