Owlchemy Labs also operates several websites including owlchemylabs.com, jacklumbergame.com, snuggletruck.com, snuggletruck.com, and dyscourse.com. It is Owlchemy Labs’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our game software and websites.
Owlchemy Labs may collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that mobile devices, web browsers and servers typically make available, such as device type and model, browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Owlchemy Labs’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Owlchemy Labs’s players play its games or visit its websites, so that we may improve our games or our public relations efforts in the future. From time to time, Owlchemy Labs may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on gameplay statistics on its blog.
Purchasers of Owlchemy Labs software or visitors to Owlchemy Labs websites may choose to interact with Owlchemy Labs in ways that require Owlchemy Labs to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Owlchemy Labs gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, customers who purchase our software through our website may be required to provide an email address. Those who engage in transactions with Owlchemy Labs – by purchasing our games, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Owlchemy Labs collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Owlchemy Labs. Owlchemy Labs does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from completing a transaction or engaging in certain website-related activities.
Owlchemy Labs may collect statistics about the behavior of its software users or visitors to its websites. For instance, Owlchemy Labs may monitor the play sessions of game players in the aggregate to determine whether or not players are accessing certain content within Owlchemy Labs game software. Owlchemy Labs may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Owlchemy Labs does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
